Here’s a sampling of projects I’ve worked on over the years. Some were fun, some were challenging — but all of them taught me something new about writing, user experience, and content strategy. FYI, these are in no particular order of preference. Enjoy!
I always wanted a job that gave me a great sense of purpose. This was that job! Even though much of my copy during this time was technical, I felt like the work we were doing for educators and students was really important and impactful.

This is one of my favorite projects. My team shot a series of videos for Walmart.com featuring Intel Optane Memory and HP computers. I wrote the script for all three videos and got to be on set for two of the shoots. I felt like I was in Hollywood!
As I’m sure you know, it’s not very easy putting together a website that’s equal parts informative, aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. But those are the keys to good UX design and content, and I think these examples are pretty darn close to nailing it!

Not gonna lie, I feel pretty fortunate to say that some of my copy has landed on Walmart.com. They were a tough client, but I’m proud of the work we did together over those three years. Would I do it again? That’s a story for another day…
This client is where I first dipped my toes into digital marketing. You can find just about anything you want on eBay, so you can imagine these projects ranged from serious to silly. Either way, I really enjoyed working on this team!

While much of my copywriting experience is more centered around creative copy, sometimes it’s good to branch out a bit. (Especially if your boss makes you.) These are a few examples of just that.
